Notbug Studios is currently immersed in F2P Campus, the three-month Free-to-Play incubator in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. This program is sharpening our IP development and LiveOps expertise through top-tier mentorship, hands-on workshops, and high-impact networking.
1. Rigorous Selection
Over more than 50 European studios apply; we advance to the top 5 to pitch live.
A panel of experts assesses our F2P economy, mechanics innovation, and scalability.
We refine our Business Model Canvas, P&L projections, and LiveOps use cases for prototypes.
2. Intensive Mentoring
Each week, we collaborate with:
F2P economy specialists, validating pricing and progression loops
LiveOps consultants, designing event roadmaps and A/B testing plans
Marketing professionals, optimizing UA strategies and ASO
Every session delivers concrete takeaways: an editorial calendar, KPI benchmarks, and a monetization optimization plan.
3. Practical Workshops
F2P Campus runs themed labs on:
Rapid prototyping with Unity and low-fi design tools
Advanced analytics, setting up cohorts in Firebase and Amplitude
Retention & engagement, applying gamification funnels
Publisher relations, crafting pitches for GDC and Pocket Gamer Connects
Within two weeks, we launch an alpha build with full telemetry and live experiments.
4. Strategic Networking
Speed-matching with publishers and F2P-focused investors
Peer feedback sessions, sharing wins and lessons learned
Social events that spark co-production opportunities
These connections fuel partnerships and future co-development deals.
5. Demo Day & Outcomes
At program close, we present:
