Terms and Conditions: Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website notbug.cl and any mobile F2P game-development and consulting services we provide. By accessing the site or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these T&C and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please do not use our platform or request our services.

What This Document Covers

  1. Authorized Users
    Individuals aged 18 or older—acting on their own behalf or representing a company—who complete our registration process or submit a contact form are authorized to use the site and our services.

  2. Service Descriptions & Payment Methods

    • Free Services: One complimentary initial monetization diagnostic session.

    • Paid Services: LiveOps consulting, F2P economy design, feature development, roadmaps, and advanced audits.

    • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or invoicing via contractor receipt (“boleta de honorarios”), as agreed in each proposal. Billing terms and payment deadlines are detailed in the commercial proposal you accept.

  3. Changes to Offerings
    Notbug reserves the right to modify services, fees, and engagement terms at any time. We will notify registered users in advance of any changes. Services already contracted under existing terms will not be affected.

  4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

    • We deliver our services with professional care but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., retention KPIs or ARPDAU targets).

    • Notbug shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits or data, or other consequential losses arising from the use of our recommendations or deliverables.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • All site content (text, design, logos, code, deliverables) is owned by Notbug S.L. or its licensors.

    • Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any such content is prohibited without prior written permission from Notbug.

  6. Account Suspension & Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these T&C, misuses the platform, or breaches applicable law. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered under a terminated account.

  7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
