Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on 01 march 2025.
We at Psicologia y Servicios Integrales SpA, fantasy name "Notbug Studios" are working to make our site www.notbug.cl accessible to people with disabilities.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site’s contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies such as screen readers and full keyboard navigation. As part of this effort, we have also:
-
Used semantic HTML5 elements (header, nav, main, footer) to structure every page.
-
Set the primary language of the site to English (<html lang="en">).
-
Added descriptive alt text to all images, icons and logos.
-
Defined a clear, hierarchical heading structure (H1 → H2 → H3…).
-
Implemented skip-to-content links for rapid keyboard navigation.
-
Ensured all interactive controls (links, buttons, form fields) are reachable and operable via keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
-
Applied color combinations that meet a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
-
Used ARIA roles and landmarks (e.g. role="banner", aria-label) to clarify dynamic regions.
-
Labeled all form fields clearly and associated them with their <label> elements.
-
Provided captions or transcripts for all embedded videos.
-
Minimized non-essential motion and animations; all motion can be paused or disabled.
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content [only add if relevant]
The accessibility of certain pages on this site depends on content that does not belong to Notbug, and instead is served by third-party providers. The following pages are affected by this:
https://www.notbug.cl/ (embedded YouTube videos)
https://www.notbug.cl/ (Google Maps embed)
We therefore declare partial compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA for these pages and continue to monitor updates from those providers.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization [only add if relevant]
Notbug is committed to an inclusive web. If at any point you experience an accessibility barrier—whether it’s a missing alt text, a contrast issue, or difficulty using a form, please contact us:
We will happily provide the information you need in an alternative format (e.g. plain text, larger font, accessible PDF), and aim to respond within 2 business days.
