Refund Policy: Fundamentals

This Refund Policy is a legally binding document that defines the terms under which Notbug will refund amounts paid by clients for mobile F2P game-development and consulting services. Its purpose is to set clear timelines, the conditions for full or partial refunds, and the obligations of both parties. In many jurisdictions, service providers are required to publish a clear returns or refunds policy; having one also helps prevent disputes and builds client trust.

What This Refund Policy Covers

  1. Scope & Covered Services

    • Applies to all paid services offered by Notbug, including:

      • LiveOps and monetization consulting packages

      • F2P economy and feature development

      • Roadmaps, advanced audits, and custom development

    • Excluded from refunds: the free 1-hour diagnostic session is complimentary and not refundable.

  2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

    • Hourly or on-demand services: Clients may request a refund for any unused hours within 7 calendar days of the last billed session.

    • Fixed-fee projects or defined deliverables: Clients have 14 calendar days from proposal acceptance to request a full refund, provided no billable work has commenced. If work has already begun, the hourly-service rules apply.

  3. Full vs. Partial Refunds

    • Full refund: If no billable services (beyond the free session) have been provided, 100 % of the paid amount will be returned.

    • Partial refund: If billable hours have been consumed, we will deduct the proportional cost of hours rendered and refund the remaining balance.

  4. Conditions & Procedure

    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to studio@notbug.cl, including:

      • Full name and company (if applicable)

      • Date of contract and invoice or payment reference

      • Reason for the request

    • Notbug will acknowledge and respond within 5 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. Exclusions

    • No refunds for digital deliverables that cannot be “returned” (e.g., source code, assets, documentation).

    • Clients are responsible for any bank or platform fees related to international transfers.

  6. Policy Updates
    Notbug reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The current version will always be available at
